Wadi . . .

wadi  A gully or streambed in northern Africa and southwest Asia that remains dry except during the rainy season.

Wadi is my new sock pattern available at my website, on Ravelry, and via the Buy Now button below.  The texture is very pebbly and the hand-dyed yarn paints a river tripping across the stones of the dried river bed.  

This sock is sized for Ladies M and L, and is shown here knit from Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks That Rock medium weight in the Lucy colorway.
